“Treat the cause, not the effect”
Dr. Edward Bach

Bach Flowers Essences Therapy
Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician, developed the Bach flower remedies in the 1930s as an alternative medicine inspired by classical homeopathic traditions. These remedies aim to treat emotional and psychological states, such as depression, anxiety, lack of focus, panic, stress, fear, and loneliness, among others. It’s essential to note that they do not treat physical diseases.
Flower essences have been used in various cultures, from ancient Egyptians to Aborigines in Australia. Nowadays, hospitals and clinics worldwide use flower essences. The original Bach flower remedies consist of 38 natural, non-toxic, non-habit-forming flower essences. These remedies can be combined with traditional treatments and don’t substitute medical treatment.
It’s important to inform your physicians when taking flower remedies. Also, remember that the remedies treat mental and emotional states, not physical symptoms.
“Healing with the clean, pure, beautiful agents of nature is surely the one method of all which appeals to most of us”
Dr. Edward Bach

Hello,
My name is Barbara Fiori. I have a B.Sc. in Biology, am a member of the California Flower Essence Society, and am a Certified Flower Essence Practitioner.
Flowers have always captivated me, even as a young child.
I had the good fortune to receive treatment as a teenager and then as a young adult from a fantastic homeopathic physician. He healed me of a few diseases, including terrible asthma. The source of the homeopathic remedy he suggested is the little yellow flower Grindelia robusta.
I became interested in Bach flower remedies many years ago. Since then, I’ve been reading books and scholarly articles, going to seminars, enrolling in classes in Brazil, the US, and England, and gaining real-world experience by providing consultations for clients, myself, my dogs, and my late cat – who passed away when she was 18 years old.
Living a more natural lifestyle and seeking out non-toxic alternatives for food, cleaning products, and therapies became instinctive after receiving a melanoma diagnosis over 10 years ago.
Bach Flower Remedies have played a significant role in my personal development. The effects are simultaneously subtle and profound. It is comparable to peeling an onion. Layers break off one by one.
We adapt to suit our feelings on any given day, week, or season. We might experience increased vitality, calmness, excitement, or less anxiety. Depending on what is happening in our lives, our flower remedies needs vary.
I cordially invite you to join me on this lovely quest for inner peace and harmony.

Testimonials
“My to-do list was a few pages long. My ability to concentrate on any task longer than 15 minutes was poor at best. These were the symptoms that Barbara helped me to reverse. She was attentive, thoughtful, and listened without judgment.
She was judicious in her Bach flower practitioner assessment. Wise and insightful, she recommended a Bach remedy blend that would rebalance and ground me, and I decided to give it a try. A few weeks later my to-do list is practically empty, I endure 8 hours in front of the computers working productively. I just started a third blend with high hopes that I will recalibrate myself as she envisioned. Barbara is an exceptional Bach practitioner. I’m recommending her to all my friends who need to find the perfect treatment to regain purpose and balance.” Katia A.
“The effect of the flowers will embrace you slowly. You will forget it and one day you will wake up less anxious, feeling more grounded, trusting the process again. The biggest positive effects on me were more focus, less procrastination and feeling less spent.” Lallo L.
